The training has finally all paid off. Craig competed in the NYC Maraton on November 2, 2008. He ran the 26.2 mile course in 4 hours and 22 min. What an animal. I am so proud of his accomplishment, but I am also glad that it is over with. Through the race my sister Sarah and I met him at two spots. The first was at mile 8 - where he ran up to us and scared the living day lights out of us. The second spot we saw him was at mile 14 1/2. He changed socks, grabbed some power gel shots and off he went. We tried to catch him at mile 18 but completly missed him.
